My work experience spans from 2013 to the present, with a focus on technical support roles. I have developed strong problem-solving skills and a deep understanding of customer needs.
Due to my classical training as Software Developer I'm able to actively investigate the underlying code of the software I support and interface directly with Software Engineers building this software
